The Treasure Coast – this is the Western Pomeranian Lagoon Area (Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft) in Mecklenburg–Western Pomerania.
As part of a joint project, eight organizations are working together to implement the project objectives. The partner organizations take responsibility for one or more projects; at the same time, they collaborate closely on many projects and make use of synergies arising from their experience. Over the project period [2021–2026], the region’s characteristic diversity of landscapes, habitats, and biological communities within this hotspot is to be made tangible and preserved in the long term.
We are responsible for the accompanying and final nature conservation evaluation and support the project throughout its entire duration. The project is funded by the BMU.
